You design your character using our curated and ever-growing Lunar collection of hairstyles, outfits, and accessories.

Every detail you select is exactly what we produce. We give you the creative freedom to build something that captures your vision — and we bring it to life.

We regularly expand the collection, and if you don’t see something you’d love, you can submit a design request. If selected, it will be added to Lunar World for the entire community to use.

Some pieces feature a single character (like our lockets and dog tags), while others are designed for two characters that belong together.

You can create something just for yourself, or design a pair for a partner, best friend, sibling, or anyone in your world.

Each piece is customized to order by our small, two-person sibling team.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. Because every order is made specifically for you, timing may be slightly longer than mass-produced products.

We ship via UPS and will send tracking information once your order is on its way.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Because each item is customized with your selected character design, all sales are final.

Yes — we host pop-ups throughout the year.
